Qualifications: Retired Army Staff Sergeant - Sergeant Major / Command Sergeant Major (E6 - E9).  Ideal Candidate should possess a 4-year degree, with the ability to obtain an Oklahoma Teaching Certificate.

Job Goal: Assist in the direction and coordination of all aspects of the day to day operations of the JROTC program.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Basic communication skills (oral, written or business) to exchange information, give and/or
receive clear instructions and respond to inquiries; includes filling out forms.
2. Reads and interprets written or printed materials.
3. Uses specialized equipment with expertise acquired through extensive experience and/or
training.
4. Good customer service and people skills to work with the school and families of students.
5. Establishes and supervises a student trainer program.
6. Orders all supplies and equipment needed for each school year.
7. Prepares and coordinates program evaluation by government.
8. Utilize teacher performance responsibilities.
9. Maintains appropriate emotional control, physical health and personal appearance.
10. Maintains confidentiality.
11. Abides by all district, federal and state laws, policies and procedures.
12. Performs such duties as assigned by supervisor.
